职位描述

工作内容：
1、负责物业管理费收费通知单的发放和费用的催缴工作；
2、负责公司服务热线电话的值守，并收集掌握热线电话的所有记录，记录报修情况和服务质量，负责与业主住户联络；
3、负责业主住户来信、来访、投诉等处理工作，及时做好回复、跟踪、检查工作；
4、负责业主住户满意度调查工作，做好关于业主住户满意度调查的各种数据的统计分析工作；
5、负责收集辖区内用户资料，做好用户档案的管理。
职位要求：
1、20-35周岁之间；
2、身高162米及以上，具有1年及以上写字楼商场小区物业相关工作经验的；
3、熟练使用办公自动化软件；
4、具有亲和力、普通话标准，善于沟通；
5、良好的团队合作精神。
工作时间：
1、做五休二；
